3 anti-frizz tips for humid weather:
by laial darwich on Apr 16 2024
3 natural tips that cost next to nothing to include in humid seasons to prevent frizz, hair swelling and frizz: • Coconut oil baths to leave on overnight before shampooing. Coconut oil is one of the only oils capable of penetrating the heart of the hair fiber to limit the entry of water into the hair (responsible for frizz and swelling). • after applying your favorite hair gel, apply a layer of aloe gel, it will act as a protective barrier against swelling and frizz and make your definition last longer. • use broccoli oil as a finishing oil, it is one of the most effective against frizz. It is my ally for winter and humid seasons. It also works for straight hair! Share this video to someone who is experiencing this hair problem because it is life changing or rather winter changing 😅🌹 #frizz #antifrizz #naturalhaircare #haircaretips #curlyhairtips

Do you know your hair texture?
by laial darwich on Apr 16 2024
I remember when I went to the conventional hairdresser with my hair just brushed, I heard this constantly, “oh my but your hair is super dry, it’s damaged huh…”. And of course they offered me to do straightening with chemical products like Brazilian, tannin, Indian etc… and always always a blow-dry at the end! Because they don’t know the curly routine… 😅 Yet I just cut them, I never use heat, they are not bleached and I do treatments very regularly… so no they are not damaged, I could cut them and do treatments again, if I brush my curls, my hair is like that! Because it is their NATURE. And personally I would change them for nothing in the world 🥰 Now is the time for hair positivity and normalizing hair that looks like this! Instead of breaking them with straightening, follow me to learn how to enhance them naturally with a routine that beautifies them every day 🌹 #hairpositive #curlyhairroutine #routinecurlyhair #naturalhair #curlyhair

Dry your hair quickly with a diffuser in 4 steps:
by laial darwich on Apr 16 2024
🔸4 Steps to Diffuse and Dry Your Curly Hair: 1) Place the diffuser on your roots without touching the lengths that are still too wet and place the diffuser directly on them. For me, the roots come first and I come back to them from time to time during drying. 2) Hover diffuse to create or accentuate the cardboard effect. 3) Hammock diffuse to start accentuating the bounce effect of your curls 4) Pixie diffuse to finish drying now that the curls are no longer very wet and therefore less sensitive to contact and the slightly more intense gestures of the diffuser. I use a Dyson supersonic on medium heat and low power. 🔸Tips for quick drying: Diffusing your hair should take no more than 5-10 minutes. To save as much time as possible: 1) use lightweight styling products like the @aiacurls range especially if you have low porosity. 2) It is not necessary to dry on cold air! Unless you like to spend 40 minutes there :) medium or warm air will not damage your hair and will speed up the process! 3) remove excess water and products by scrunching your hair with a microfiber (or cotton) towel before diffusing, otherwise it might take a long time! #diffusingcurls #curlyhairtips #wavycurlyhair #curlyhair #hair dryer

3 ways to refresh your curls on dry hair ⬇️ 1) With aloe vera, one of my favorite refreshers, can be done daily because it does not weigh down, it protects the lengths and boosts definition, you can add a few drops of vegetable oil at the end. 2) With a serum or a vegetable oil (jojoba oil is perfect), this refresh is ideal when the curls have not moved too much 👌 3) With a mousse here the @aiacurls mousse : the best technique when the curls are relaxed, but be careful: prefer a localized refresh, that is to say only on the relaxed strands in order to avoid the material effect. Not to be done every day. For my part I vary between these different techniques depending on the needs of my hair at the time. Sometimes I do nothing at all 😊 Little extra tip for drier and more porous hair: add a little leave-in cream to the aloe vera, it's magic and provides the extra nutrition your hair needs 👌 Up to you! [ENGLISH translation] 3 ways to refresh wavy/curly hair (on dry hair): 1) with aloe vera, it's perfect for everyday, it protects the hair and boost curl definition. You can add a serum or jojoba oil at the end. 2) with a serum or jojoba oil. Ideal when the curls are still pretty in shape, just to add a little protection and redefine them 👌 3) with a mousse (here @aiacurls mousse): not for everyday, perfect when the curls lost definition, do not apply it everywhere, just where your curls are most undefined to avoid a “sticky” result. You can end with a serum or jojoba oil 👌 #refreshcurlyhair #wavycurlyhair #wavyhair #curlyhairtips #naturalcurlyhair

❌ the first movement, quick and sloppy, will surely slightly define your curls but it will also create frizz and your curls will not be defined from the roots. Your curly potential will not come out at all even if you apply the best products! ✅ with slow and deep movements like in the video, you will get well-defined curls from the roots and without frizz! Take the time to scrunch your hair for a few seconds when you get to the top and hear the "skwish skwish" 💦 Which team are you part of? 😅 Me team ✅ but for a long time I was team ❌ and obviously it showed in the results 😉 [ENGLISH] ❌ don't scrunch your hair like this when you do your curly hair routine!! It will give you frizzy results and your curls won't be as defined as your potential even if you use the best products. ✅ instead go slowly but surely, hold and scrunch the hair for a few seconds when close to your roots. Hear the “skwish skwish 💦”. Then enjoy defined and non frizzy curls 😍 #curlyhairroutine #curlyhairtips #routinecurlyhair #naturalcurlyhair

Put an emoji 🩸if you saw my boo-boo that started bleeding again during the video… we film at all costs here 😂 In short, here are all my little tips on hair placement when applying styling products. Of course, there may not be everything for you to take in this video, I would say that the most important thing is to shake your roots gently before anything else! 😉 Then we are all different and our hair is different! Maybe you will prefer to do your routine upside down, in sections, or to make a parting upstream. For me the best result I have is when I do this technique. I move my hair throughout the week according to my desires, according to how my hair is that day, if I want to add volume, I change sides etc. The explanation makes it sound more complicated than it really is but I wanted to make sure it was as clear as possible 😊 How do you position your hair when you apply your products?
